I think I finally found a moisturizer that works for me! I have rosacea and extremely sensitive and reactive skin. Almost every moisturizer irritates my skin, clogs my pores, or causes fungal acne. After two weeks with this, my skin is way less irritated, smooth, and redness is almost gone! This is different from any other moisturizer I’ve used as it’s not creamy and I use a lot less (as directed by Authentic Ego), but it works! So happy with this product and I hope they never change it! Going to try the Tidy Pores next!

I couldn’t be more happier to have come across this brand! Never in my life have I seen a brand that actually understands reactive, everything prone skin! The Ingredient list in sapa is perfection.I found it to be so soothing and gentle on my sensitive skin. My skin doesn’t itch and it feels hydrating. I do need to pair it with their vitamin c serum to actually make it moisturizing enough for my dry skin.I’m in love with this brand!!!!

My favorite Vitamin C serum!

Loves how it dries down on the skin. I usually apply this after cleaning and applying a watery toner. After I wait for it to dry I’ll apply a hydrating serum, my moisturizer and then sunscreen

I’m really enjoying this product. I’ve tried a lot of skincare in my time and this company is new to me. I do still struggle with hormonal breakouts every now and then but as you can see by the picture my skin was looking pretty good (no filter or make up was on) and when I was a teenager I had horrible acne it affected my confidence so much, I chose to go on Roaccutane through my doctors it worked amazing for me. So if this sounds like your skin or you’ve had similar issues this product it’s definitely worth a try. 💋

Best Vitamin C serum out there!!!

I have combination skin, and usually most products tend to break me out. Not this one, it makes my face feel more hydrated, and it’s lightweight. Overall my skin loves this product, my rating is a 10/10.

Here's how Mellow Jelly fits into your daily ritual...

STEP 1

AM

Cleansing gently in the AM is key to prevent lipid peroxidation, one of the key triggers behind skin inflammation and breakouts. 

Mellow Jelly is designed to gently lift away excess sebum, product from the night before and will help prep your skin for a smooth hydrated day ahead.

Apply a small amount on damp skin, massage in for 60 seconds and rinse with lukewarm water. Follow immediately with your skincare routine on damp skin. 

STEP 2

PM

Mellow Jelly is ultra gentle on skin but contains a blend of micellar cleansers designed to gently lift away dirt, impurities and excess oils without causing irritation or disturbing your skin barrier.

Remove your makeup, SPF or base products with a makeup remover, cleansing water or cleansing oil, rinse and apply Mellow Jelly to damp skin and massage in for 60 seconds and rinse with lukewarm water.

MELLOW JELLY FAQ

Will Mellow Jelly remove makeup and SPF?

No. Two-step cleansing with a cleansing oil or makeup remover is necessary to remove heavy makeup or SPF products. That being said, we will be releasing an acne-safe cleansing oil in early 2026! ;)

Is Mellow Jelly non-foaming? 

Yes! Mellow Jelly is completely non-foaming and does not contain any traditional surfactants. Foaming surfactants are effective, but in sensitive and compromised skin they can cause irritation and barrier compromise. We utilize non-ionic micellar cleansing agents that trap dirt and oil without the need for foam.

This helps to protect the integrity of your skin barrier because foaming cleansers can wash away your natural ceramides and disrupt your skin barrier.
